On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the President of the University of Zakho, Dr. Nadhim S. Abdulaziz sincerely received a delegation from the Stirling Schools consisting of Directors-general and Director of Relations of Stirling Schools which include Mohammed Rasim, Alhan Salim, Mohammed Ghayath, and Nariman Abdulwahid.

Noteworthy, the University of Zakho participated as a supporting partner in an international conference entitled “2nd International Conference on Education & Teaching” that was organized by the aforementioned school. Moreover, Dr. Sattar J. Haji, Director of the Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center at the University of Zakho, took part in the conference as a speaker by presenting a matter entitled “Innovation in Teaching and Learning: As an Approach to Teacher Professional Development”.

The conference concluded with the dissemination of appreciation certificates to the President of the University of Zakho and the director of the aforementioned center. Furthermore, the Stirling Schools expressed their gratitude to the University of Zakho and they are looking forward to its participation in the upcoming educational events
